What Is Pre-galvanized Steel Pipe?

Pre-galvanized pipe is a kind of steel pipe which is welded with galvanized steel strip. Generally the wall thickness is thin, and the amount of zinc is controllable, generally in 30-150 gsm.

Distinguishing Feature
With gleaming white and reflective, there is very few snowflake shapes on the pipe body. And the two ports are clean and no zinc tumor.

Pre-galvanized steel pipe is cheap and economical with corrosion resistance. But the effect is worse than that of hot dipped galvanized steel pipe. And the service life (5-7 years) is shorter than that (8-10 years) of hot dipped galvanized steel pipe.
